Ahead  of the Maha rally in Ahmedabad on August 25, the Patidars did not mince any worlds in threatening to topple the BJP Government if their demand for OBC reservation was not accepted.The community members then took out a huge rally that passed through different areas of the old city.


The protestors riding on Motorbikes and in Cars displayed placards that read ' Jay Patidar Jay Sardar '.


" The government shouldn't forget that  we had toppled Congress government in Gujarat an it is still out of power.We can elect Councillor, MLA and make CM by giving majority. The government shouldn't hurt our ego else we can topple it form power. Give us reservations peacefully else we know how to tack it " Hardik Patel of Patidar Anamat Samiti (PAAS) said to cheering crowd.


Jigar Patel of Sardar Patel Group (SPG) too addressed the crowd and said that they will ensure that they get OBC reservation.

"We gave permission to Patel community leaders to hold their rally at GMDC Ground here on August 25 ", Join Commissioner of Police (Special Branch) Vikas Sahay

Two Apps to Downloaded 


Two apps for Android have been created for support, even participation and regular updates of the movement - Patidar and Patidar Anamat. They were created on August 18 and 19 respectively and at list 2,000 people are reported to have downloaded them by Friday evening.


We except more than  25 lakh people participate in the rally.

The Android Wear Smartwatch is Personal Translator

Google(Android Official Blog) wants to make it quicker to get information from a smartwatch.

To do that, the search giant on Thursday announced new options for watch faces on
Android Wear devices, which are powered by Google-made software tailored specifically for
wearables.

The new watch faces will let people immediately see information like the weather or a step
counter right when they glance at their smartwatch, instead of having to change to a different
screen. The feature will be available in the coming weeks, Google said.

"With just a tap, your watch face can change its design, reveal more information, or even
launch a specific app," Flavio Lerda, an Android Wear software engineer, wrote in a
statement.

The move indicates Google is responding to users' requests to more easily see information
their watches can display. When the first Android Wear watches were released last year,
Google at the time opted for simpler watch faces, likely trying not to overwhelm users who are
not used to wearing a computer on their wrists. Apple, with its Apple Watch, allows people to
do some things from its default screen, like launching an alarm or the watch's fitness features.
But, true to Apple style, the watch faces have largely remained simple as well.

Unlike Apple, Google is asking app developers to create watch faces to fit users' interests.
One watch face, made by Under Armour, shows a step counter or a tracker of how many
calories you've burned. Another watch face shows you how many unread emails you have, or
what meetings you have coming up.

Updates are rolling out to all Android wear watches in the coming weeks.

16 Year old Indian origin student Anmol create Search engine more accurate than Google

16 year old Anmol Tukrel,an Indian origin Canadian citizen has designed a personalised search engine that claims to be as high as 47% more accurate than Google & 21% more accurate on an average.

Tukrel, who just completed his 10th grade, said he took a couple of mouths to design it, and about 60 hours to code the engine, as part of his submission into Google Science Fair ,a global online competition that is open to students aged 13 to 18 years.

"I thought I would do something in the personalised search space. It was the most genius thing ever. But when i realised Goodle already does it, I tried taking it to the next level" said Tukrel

The algorithm Tukrel created dishes out search results by dwelling deep into the context of the search query, and matching it to a user's personality. The results were then compared with results on Google and other search engines.

At Rs. 57,900(32GB variant), the Galaxy S6 Edge+ costs 1,000 less compared to launch price on the Galaxy S5 Edge. While new phone add 1 GB of RAM and a bigger display.




The Wireless charger will be sold at Rs. 3,599.

Samsung will also sell its keyboard cover that add a full QWERTY keyboard to the phone in addition Android navigation key. The keyboard will be available at Rs. 4,499. 

The smartphone will go on sale on August  28.

Android M step up form Lollipop

The Android Community was exited and when Google released the Lollipop version of its OS in 2014,as it brought about improved features and smoother than processes.This year,the company releasing the latest version, Android M which comes with a host of bug fixes, new features,enhanced performance and device management solutions.

Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ Specification and Review

Samsung was announced that it has no plans to release the Galaxy Note 5 in the UK,so those after a big screened smartphone form the firm are likely to have their sights set on the Galaxy S6 Edge+.

The Galaxy S6 Edge+ available in stores  US and Canada on August 21,2015.

Design

Samsung has equipped the S6 Edge+ with the same metal and glass design that debuted on the Galaxy S6,complete with a fingerprint scanner.The Galaxy S6 Edge+ undoubtedly feels more premium than last year model but it's little.

The Galaxy S6 Edge+ is 154x76x6.9 mm,making it skinnier than the original S6 Edge its upgraded features. It's lighter than it looks,at a more 153 g.we struggled to hold it comfortably with one hand.   

Screen 

The Galaxy S6 Edge+ features a 5.7 inch 2440x1560 QHD Super AMOLED display,complete with the same dual edge experience seen on its smaller sibling.

Pixel density of 518 ppi less than the original S6 Edge's 577 ppi.The display is stunning to look at,delivering crisp text and images, variant colors and great viewing angles.

The Galaxy S6 Edge+ (5.7 inch) screen size bigger than iPhone 6 Plus (5.5 inch) but smaller than iPhone 6 Plus.

Performance 

The Galaxy S6 Edge+ has the same 64 bit octa core Exynos 7 processor as found in the original Galaxy S6 Edge.

We have yet to put the same Galaxy S6 Edge+ fully through its paces,but we have no complaints when it comes to performance.Apps loaded quickly,the camera was impressively fast to open and general swiping and prodding proved as slick as you expect.

Software

The handset arrived running Android 5.1 Lollipop topped with Samsung's new and improved TouchWiz user interface that removes a lot of the bloatware found on last year Galaxy S6 Edge.

There is still a handful of Samsung's own apps pre loaded such as S Health,S Voice and Galaxy apps,and the firm told us that Samsung Pay will arrive on the handset in the near feature.You will also find a folder of Microsoft apps including World and Skype.

There is a 16 MP f/1.9 sensor with optical image stabilization,and a 5 MP on the front.
