Motorola Moto E & Moto G in Android 6.0 Marshmallow update

 Moto G 3rd Gen 

The Android 5.1.1 Lollipop is Moto G (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Gen) and the Moto E (1st & 2nd Gen). This is going to get more interesting when Android 6.0 Marshmallow will be coming to at least the Google Nexus phones on September 29th, 2015 and when it will roll out for Moto's smartphones.

There are plans for Android 5.1.1 to roll out to the Moto G (1st, 2nd & 3rd Gen) and the Moto E (1st & 2nd Gen), and here is some recent news as Marshmallow will soon be released. 

Android M expect even more of a wait time for when this comes to the Motorola Moto series.
