Samsung Galaxy J5 and
J7 are excellent entry level handsets, offering a decent mix of performance and
affordability. The South Korean vendor is now expending its offerings in the
series with the Galaxy J3, which just launched in China. The
Galaxy J3 has been listed on Samsung's official website for China.

Samsung's
new Galaxy J3 smartphone comes with a 5-inch HD Super AMOLED display with a
720x1280 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor
alongside 1.5GB of RAM. It comes with 8GB of internal storage which is
expandable by up to 128GB via microSD card. The 4G LTE-capable Galaxy J3 runs
Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box with the company's custom TouchWiz UI on
top.
The phone
sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and LED flash. There is also a
5-megapixel camera up-front. Connectivity options include: 3G, Wi-Fi,
Bluetooth, GPS, and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 2,600mAh battery.
Price :
The phone
looks like an interesting addition to Samsung's J-series that also includes
phones like the Galaxy J5 and J7. These are budget to lower mid-range phones
and the Galaxy J3 is also expected to be priced on similar lines.
Samsung recently launched the Galaxy On5 and On7
phones in India at Rs.8,990 and Rs.10,990 respectively. The Galaxy On5 and On7
boast of a faux leather back cover encased within a metal frame.
