Samsung
launched the Galaxy A3, Galaxy A5 and the Galaxy A7 in India earlier this year.
Now a series of leaks suggest that Samsung is almost ready with the
second-generation variants of these smartphones.
Samsung’s Galaxy A-series of smartphones featured a metal frame, and glass
back, and the next-generation smartphones too are carrying forward this design
language. There are however small changes to bring the overall look in line
with recent flagship smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the Samsung
Galaxy Note 5.

Galaxy A5 (2016) specifications & features :
The
Galaxy A5 (2016) is expected to feature a 5.2-inch 1080p (Full HD) display, 1.6GHz
Exynos 7 octa-core chipset paired with Mali-T720 GPU and 2GB of RAM. It is also
expected to come with 16GB internal storage, microSD card slot, 13-megapixel
rear camera, 5-megapixel selfie camera, and Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.
In
comparison, the Galaxy A5 launched earlier this year featured a 5-inch 720p
Super AMOLED display, 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM,
16GB internal storage, 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel selfie camera,
2,300mAh battery, and 4G LTE connectivity.

The
Galaxy A7 (2016), on the other hand, is expected to feature a 5.5-inch 1080p (Full HD)
Super AMOLED display, 1.5GHz Snapdragon 615 quad-core chipset, Adreno 405 GPU
and 3GB of RAM. It is also likely to come with 16GB internal storage, microSD
card slot, 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel selfie camera, and Android
5.1.1 Lollipop.
In
comparison, the first-gen Galaxy A7 featured a 5.5-inch 1080p Super AMOLED
display, Snapdragon 615 chipset, 2GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage, microSD
card slot, 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel selfie camera, 2,600mAh
battery, and 4G LTE connectivity.
