LG reportedly has a scaled down variant of LG G6 in the pipeline, which is set to be launched sometime later this year. Dubbed as LG G6 Mini by the rumor mills, the smartphone is now tipped to be introduced as LG Q6. The smartphone has also reportedly cleared FCC certification hinting at an imminent launch.

As per reports coming from well-known tipster Evan Blass, the smartphone will feature a screen-to-body ratio of 18.5:9. He also claims that the LG Q6 will sport a 3GB of RAM, and a 13-megapixel camera at the rear panel. The smartphone is expected to get a few more changes from the regular variant of LG G6.

The LG G6 currently retails at around Rs 39,400 in India. LG Q6, being a scaled down variant of the LG G6, could be expected to release at lower price point. More about the alleged LG G6 Mini, TechnoBuffalo reports that the smartphone will come with a screen-to-body ratio of less than 80 percent, and a 5.4-inch display could replace the regular 5.7-inch display.
