Samsung has introduced its new Galaxy J7 Prime smartphone in Vietnam. The new J-series smartphone has been priced at VND 6,290,000 (roughly Rs. 19,000) and will be available starting August 23 in Vietnam. Unfortunately, Samsung has not revealed plans to make its Galaxy J7 Prime smartphone available in more markets.

The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime flaunts a 5.5-inch full HD IPS display with resolution of 1080 X 1920 pixels. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 4 on top to save the screen from scratches. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core processor clocked at 1.6GHz and is paired with 3GB of RAM. Also on offer is 32GB internal storage, which is expandable up to 256GB using a microSD card.
The smartphone sports a 13-megapixel camera with LED flash on the back, along with an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The rear camera supports full HD video recording. The phone has 3,300mAh battery and supports connectivity options like Bluetooth, GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi, and microUSB. The J7 Prime smartphone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
