Samsung Galaxy Note 7 launch in India on 2nd September and price at Rs. 59,990. The Galaxy Note7 has received a lot of flak due to a battery issue, causing a small number of units sold across the world to explode.
According to SamMobile report, Samsung is going to relaunch the Galaxy Note 7 in India on October 7. The launch is said to be accompanied by an aggressive marketing push to inform customers that the new units are completely safe.

If reports are to be believed, Samsung has strategically decided to place its launch date around the festival season (Diwali) in India, which is home to world's second largest smartphone market. However, it is unsure whether the company would be launching the smartphone with a price cut or bundle it with offers. Apple's iPhone 7 and 7 Plus will go on sale in India on the same day.
The report said that the smartphone major is also planning a big scale media campaign involving print, television and digital media to introduce the product in India.
Samsung Galaxy Note 2 recently caught fire onboard an IndiGo flight travelling from Singapore to Chennai.
