Motorola Moto M with 5.5-inch full HD display, Dolby ATMOS support launched in India, prices start from Rs 15,999: Specifications, features

Moto M has been launched today in India. The smartphone comes to our shores just over a month after its launch in China. Prices for the Moto M start from Rs 15,999 for the 32GB variant, and it will go on sale via Flipkart at 11:59PM IST on December 14. Motorola hasn’t announced the pricing of the 64GB variant.

Buyers will also be entitled to a host of launch day offers, including a flat Rs 1,000 discount for Citibank credit card holders, an additional Rs 2,000 discount on exchange of an old mobile phone, and EMIs starting from as low as Rs 776 per month. Moto M buyers will also get Rs 1,000 off on the Moto Pulse 2 headset, which will then be available for Rs 499.

For one, the fingerprint sensor is now placed at the back, instead of being embedded in the physical home button up front. Like most Lenovo smartphones these days, the Moto M too is aimed at the audiophiles with support for Dolby ATMOS.

The Moto M sports a 5.5-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) display with 2.5D curved glass and 401ppi.
