Asus is all set to unveil the Zenfone 4-series smartphones at a launch event on August 19 in Taiwan. Now, ahead of the launch, specifications and pricing of Asus Zenfone 4 Max and Zenfone 4 (ZE554KL) smartphones have been leaked online.
The details come from the famous leakster Roland Quandt, who goes by the Twitter handle, @rquandt. To begin with, the highly anticipated Asus Zenfone 4 (ZE554KL) is said to feature a 5.5-inch full HD display. It is expected to be powered by the new Snapdragon 630 SoC paired with 4GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage. On the photography front, the device is rumored to sport a dual camera setup at the back with 12-megapixel and 8-megapixel sensors. Armed with a 3,300mAh battery, the smartphone could be priced 499 Euros, which is Rs 37,600 approximately.

Next in line is the Asus Zenfone 4 Max (ZC520KL) which is said to come with a 5.2-inch display, and Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 SoC paired with 3GB of RAM. With 32GB of internal storage, there is no word on whether the storage is expandable or not.
On the camera front, the Zenfone 4 Max is also expected to come with dual camera setup – 13-megapixel main camera supplemented with a 5-megapixel camera. The smartphone is expected to be armed with 4,100mAh. The Zenfone Max is likely to be priced at 229 Euros (Rs 16,500 approximately).
Recently, Asus had announced an Asus Zenfone 4 Max with 5,000mAh battery and dual camera. However, the smartphone in question comes with a 5.5-inch display with full HD resolution. On the camera front, the smartphone packs a pair of 13-megapixel primary camera with autofocus and 13-megapixel wide-angle camera with f/2.0 aperture. Up front, there is an 8-megapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture and 140-degree panorama selfie mode.
