OnePlus 3T specifications and features
The OnePlus 3T’s specifications are in line with what have leaked before. So, in essence you get a device with a 5.5-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) Optic AMOLED display. The screen is protected by Corning’s Gorilla Glass 4. The OnePlus 3T comes with a Snapdragon 821 chipset instead and it is clocked at 2.35GHz with 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM.
On the photography front, the smartphone sports a 16-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX398 image sensor, f/2.0 aperture, Phase Detection Auto-focus (PDAF), Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), and Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS), and 4K video recording capabilities. There is also a 16-megapixel fixed-focus selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture and 1080p video recording capabilities.
The device is backed by a slightly larger 3,400mAh battery with support for the company’s proprietary Dash Charge technology. There is also a fingerprint scanner embedded into the home button up front, and an Alert Slider on the side. Connectivity options include dual-SIM card slots, 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC and GPS. The OnePlus 3T runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based Oxygen OS, and will be updated to Android 7.0 Nougat later this year.
