Moto G5 to launch in India on April 4 exclusively via Amazon India: Specifications and features

Lenovo-owned Motorola launched the Moto G5 Plus smartphone in India earlier this month. Now the company is gearing up to launch the more affordable Moto G5 in the country as well. The company has sent media invites for a launch event in Delhi on April 4, where it will launch the Moto G5.

The Moto G5 was unveiled at MWC 2017 alongside the Moto G5 Plus. Like last year, the Moto G5 shares the design and most specifications and features with the Moto G5 Plus, albeit with subtle differences. Last year’s Moto G4 was launched for Rs 12,499, and the upcoming Moto G5 too is expected to be priced in the similar range. The smartphone will be exclusively available via Amazon India, and the e-commerce portal has promised a few special offers for Prime members. The Moto G5 will go on sale via Amazon India on the midnight of April 5.

It will be interesting to see what variants are launched in India.
