Lenovo-owned Motorola has already launched the Moto G5 Plus in India. At the time of the launch, the company had promised to release the smaller variant of the smartphone, Moto G5, in coming weeks. Well, if the latest hints from Motorola on social media are to be believed, the Moto G5 is coming to India soon.
At the moment, there are no details about the pricing and precise release date of the Moto G5. The small video clip posted on social media by Motorola India doesn’t really reveal anything in detail other than mentioning the smartphone name. Last week a new color variant of the Moto G5 had been spotted online. Sporting Blue Sapphire color, the variant is believed to be a limited edition of the smartphone.
Motorola’s strategy for the Moto G5 is very similar to what it adopted for the Moto G4 last year. The company had launched the better Moto G4 Plus variant before the Moto G4. The Moto G4 was priced at Rs 12,499 and the Moto G5 is likely to come in a similar price range as well. From design to specifications, the Moto G5 series comes with a slew of upgrades.
