Even as Sony is gearing up to launch a slew of new products at the MWC 2017 tomorrow, there is no stopping to the last minute leaks and rumors. The latest one comes from the famous leakster, Evan Blass who tweeted a picture of new Sony smartphones with the caption “Sony Xperia 2017.”
While these look like the official press renders of the new Sony smartphones, there is no clear idea as to what the devices would be called. Sony was expected to launch five smartphones at the event tomorrow. However, the press renders show only four images. Going by the images leaked on Twitter, the devices features a similar set of design and comes with curved front and back edges, dual front-facing speakers, larger-bezels, and camera, power button and volume rocker on the side. The difference kicks-in at the rear of the device. The camera placement of all the four phones are different. While the golden and white colored smartphone comes with camera and LED flash at the rear, the other black and light blue device comes with laser autofocus and LED flash, which are placed horizontally and vertically respectively. Believing the image to be legit, the Sony Xperia (2017)-series is expected to come with a host of new changes.
